Accessible User Experience in Hospitality
The Translation and Interpreting Institute at HBKU’s College of Humanities and Social Sciences is hosting a training workshop on accessibility in hospitality.
Attendees will learn how to make hospitality venues universally accessible to people of different cultural backgrounds. The course will require participants to understand the users’ profiles, analyzing the venue’s physical, structural, and communication layer to identify design plans and requirements for an action plan.
