Deliver Excellence through Customer Service

HBKU is hosting a community class for working professionals on customer service titled “Deliver Excellence through Customer Service.” The class will strengthen participants’ knowledge of aftersales care among professionals in client-facing roles, with a particular focus on customer service. Course objectives include promoting an understanding of customer behavior, use of score software tools such as “RATER” and “NPS,” and the development of a toolkit of customer service techniques to promote a high level of client retention.
