Women’s Event - Marketing Transformation through Social Media This session would address how the marketing paradigm based on top-down mass-media has been altered due to the rise of social media. It would explain participatory culture and the different cultures that the various social media platforms represent. The session will introduce four key social media strategies (communicate, create, care, commune) and illustrate these with corporate examples.
