States defend and promote their interests internationally through a variety of tools, conventionally divided into “hard” and “soft” power. Soft power – the ability to exercise influence with ideas, values, image, profile, positioning, and partnerships – has become increasingly important in a networked and social media world.
These classes are held every Monday from 6.30 to 8.30pm.
